Mazak's QTE-100 turning center offers shops a multi-tasking machine with speed and reliability

Mazak is offering high-speed and high-precision turning in a space-saving design with the QTE-100 MY -- a CNC turning center with a 6" chuck that processes parts up to 11.42" in diameter.

Versatile and reliable, the QTE-100 MY has a built-in motor spindle designed to provide high torque even in the low-speed range for higher cutting capacity.

Shops can select a 12-position drum turret along with a wide range of turning, milling, Y-axis and second spindle specifications to suit specific production requirements. Equipped with the Mazak MAZATROL SmoothEz CNC, the QTE-100 MY offers both EIA/ISO G-Code and conversational programming, giving manufacturers infinite part production possibilities.

All Mazak machines are automation ready.
