Weiler Abrasives' next-gen ceramic grain discs designed to make your work easier
Weiler Abrasives is introducing the next generation of coated abrasives featuring a precision-shaped ceramic grain.
"We are excited to introduce our new line of flap discs, fiber discs and blending discs. We are focused on helping end users get the most out of the abrasives they use every day. We want to make the work easier for operators and find cost and time savings for facilities. Weiler's new Tiger Mill Scale wheels are uniquely engineered to tackle the common challenge of removing heavy mill scale in metal fabrication shops. The wheels feature a circular studded design that aggressively cuts through the hard surface and prevents loading or glazing to ensure efficient material removal. The wheel's type 29 curved shape increases the contact area, maximizes material removal rates, improves operator comfort, and deters gouging.
The new Tiger Strip Discs deliver exceptional cleaning power and product life for steel and stainless steel. Tiger Ceramic provides an aggressive cleaning solution to maximize productivity, while Tiger SiC delivers a high initial cut and penetration for cleaning hard surfaces. The ultra-flexible non-woven nylon fiber and resin formula create a wider footprint, increasing productivity without compromising disc life. This results in industry-leading cleaning power for maximum surface cleaning efficiency.
