From Maryland to Alabama: Platinum Tooling Gains New Ground in the Southeast

Finding the right tooling for a machine shop is often about who you know as much as what you buy. Platinum Tooling just made that connection a lot easier for shops across the Southeast by partnering with Sellers Marketing.

Based out of Conway, South Carolina, Sellers Marketing isn't your typical sales firm.

Founded in 2014, Sellers grew out of the grit of real-world job shops, staffed by engineers who actually speak the language of the floor. By adding Platinum Tooling's heavy-hitting lineup of live tools, angle heads, and Swiss machine products to their roster, they're filling a crucial gap for local manufacturers.

The Southeast is a "mixed bag" of industry, ranging from massive OEMs to independent production shops. To cover this ground, the Sellers team -- including David, Justin, and Lee Sellers, along with John Huggins and John Paquette -- operates from Maryland down to Alabama.
