A standout feature of the NK23 series is its redesigned horizontal welding gun. For shops struggling to weld deep boxes or narrow channels, this configuration opens up access to geometries that were previously considered "impossible" to reach. If the job involves tall or deep weld points -- or even specific stud and nut welding -- the dual-arm models include a vertical gun to handle those specialized tasks.
Furthermore, the machine’s copper tables now feature a lifting function. This makes it much simpler to use jig electrodes that are custom contoured to the specific shape of a workpiece, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
Welding is physically demanding, but the NK23 significantly lightens the load.
The force required to move the welding arm has been slashed by up to 53%, while the effort to insert the H-gun has dropped by a staggering 91%. These ergonomic "floating" guns allow operators to position the welding tip effortlessly, which not only speeds up the process but also virtually eliminates the need for complex, time-consuming fixturing.

This rapid-fire delivery minimizes heat transfer, resulting in welds that are nearly invisible.
