LANG Technik's new Quick Point® expandable modular plates transform machine setup efficiency for high-mix job shops by making workholding faster and more user-friendly.

This versatile system allows operators to easily expand their capacity by linking a 1-fold modular plate to an existing 2-fold plate using a simple connecting set. At the core of this design is a patented clamping mechanism that allows multiple connected plates to be actuated simultaneously with just a single tightening screw, enabling rapid workpiece clamping across a unified, cross-plate zero-point grid.

To ensure maximum adaptability, these modular plates are delivered without predefined mounting holes. This allows shops to customize the hole patterns to fit the specific slots of their existing machine tables, either by machining the plates themselves or utilizing LANG's factory drilling service.
