Transor Filter will be featuring several new applications for One Micron Filtration (OMF), including ceramic applications and filter for crankshafts, at IMTS.
The new filter on display will be a large centralized system that features 270 gal/min coolant flow, automated sludge handling and a new diagnostics system that enables Transor technicians to monitor a unit's performance via an online interface.
TRANSOR+PLUS One Micron oil filtration includes a built-in rare earth magnetic separator in its compact design. Rare earth magnets can be up to 4 times stronger than standard magnetic separators and do an excellent job of acting as a pre-filter for magnetic materials.
In normal operation, dirty oil flows from the machine back to the TRANSOR+PLUS One Micron oil filtration then passes over the magnetic separator before draining into the dirty oil storage area of the filter. Oil is then filtered to One Micron and chilled before being delivered to the machine upon request.
