Heavy-Duty Chucker the Perfect Workhorse for Your Job Shop

The GA3300 heavy-duty chucker features 10" chuck, 30HP motor and box way construction.

It is the perfect workhorse for a job shop environment. It is available with tool setter, live tooling, probe, and tailstock.

Designed with heavy-duty performance and multi-process machining capabilities in mind, the GA-3000 series offers available live tooling turret and full C-axis.

Features include box ways on all axes, a standard 0.2 second indexing servo 12-station turret. A 30° slant design provides a rigid foundation plus smooth chip disposal and easier operator access for faster set-up times.

The spindles on the GA-3000 series are driven by a Fanuc P-type 35 HP (peak) motor with heavy-duty bearings. This P-type motor generates the power needed to cut the toughest turning applications efficiently. A standard chip conveyor and separate coolant tank system further enhance production efficiency and operation convenience.
